I shop at the T&M Express stores in Park Rapids, Akeley and Nevis. Only in the Nevis store do the young men toss my Patron Points card back toward me and onto the counter rather than handing it to me. I have the impression that there is an insolence in this. These young men may think it "cool" to toss my card toward me - maybe they think that handing the card to me implies subservience to a customer. ? This bothers me enough to forego shopping at the Nevis T&M until these young men develop a sense that the customer is the reason for their employment.
